Introducing the 'Shroom Raider!  - a delicious addition to our pie selection, and a very popular vegetarian pie. The 'Shroom Raider! is loaded with baby button mushrooms and leek, bathed in a creamy white wine and thyme sauce that is both rich and flavorful. 



'Shroom Raider! (GF)

  • MIX - Button Mushroom, Onion, Leeks, White Wine SULPHITES Thyme, Modified Tapioca Starch, Whole MILK Powder, Dried Glucose Syrup, Onion Powder, Salt, Yeast Extract, Butter Powder (from MILK), Spice, Herb Extracts, Double Cream (ButterMILK, Vegetable Oils (Coconut, Rapeseed), LACTOSE, Emulsifiers (SOYA Lecithin, Sucrose Esters of Fatty Acids), Stabilizers (Xanthan Gum, Locust Bean Gum, Carrageenan), Colour (Carotenes)), Salt, PepperSalt, Pepper, Poppy Seed.

    PASTRY - Doves Farm GF flour (Rice, Potato, Tapioca, Maize, Buckwheat), Butter (MILK), Xanthan Gum, Free-Range EGG Wash.

  • Pre-heat oven to 180C (fan 160C), gas mark 4, remove all packaging and place pie on a preheated baking tray and cook for:

    • 25 to 30 minutes from chilled
    • 50 to 55 minutes from frozen
